We roast your coffee so that you receive it at the beginning of its optimal time for consumption, about 2 days after roasting. Orders are received instantly and if received by 7am Hawaii Standard Time, they roast and ship as follows:

Yes we can, but we cannot guarantee the 2-3 day delivery time. From our experience, timely shipping to Japan from Hawaii is best handled by USPS International Priority, to Canada and the rest of the world, please consider using FedEx International if you are concerned with getting your coffee as soon after roasting as possible. The final option is always up to you and the estimate pricing for each of the services will be provided at the time of ordering. If the freight calculated is higher than actual charges, you will be refunded the difference.
